TIP: In all of our classes, we encourage using freshly ground pepper. The difference it will make in your dishes end result will be amazing. Buy whole peppercorns and a coffee grinder that you will designate as a spice grinder. Grind your whole peppercorns as needed. You won't believe the difference!
