VILLA LAGUNA

Villa Laguna overlooks tranquil Nacascolo Bay located five kilometers north of San Juan del Sur, along La Chocolata Road. Villa Laguna is the retirement dream home of Anna and husband Tim. 

The house boasts a large kitchen, a spacious living room and dining area, three bedrooms, three baths, and a two bedroom guest house. 

The swimming pool offers a swim-up bar with an outdoor cooking area as well as sun deck and outdoor shower.

The lush landscaping reflects many of Nicaragua's tropical plants and trees. Anna and Tim enjoy entertaining their friends in their beautiful home.
