VILLA LAGUNA

Villa Laguna overlooks tranquil Nacascolo Bay located a few kilometers north of San Juan del Sur. Villa Laguna is the retirement dream home of Anna and her husband, Tim. 

The house boasts a large kitchen, a spacious living room and dining area, three bedrooms, three baths, a two bedroom guest house. 

The swimming pool has a swim-up bar with an outdoor cooking area as well as sun deck. The lush landscaping reflects many of Nicaragua's tropical plants and trees. Anna and Tim enjoy entertaining their friends in their beautiful home.
